Every entry can be used as sender or client. Logos, bank details, tax IDs and numbering live here and fill the invoice automatically.

The demo entries (Muster GmbH, Jane Doe Design, …) are fictional. Remove them once you have added your own sender.
"XRechnung (XML)" exports an issued invoice, credit note or self-billing invoice as XRechnung 3.0 in the UN/CEFACT CII syntax (EN 16931). It needs the sender's email, phone and IBAN and the client's email. For public-sector clients, enter their Leitweg-ID in the client record; otherwise the buyer reference is sent as "n/a". The XML is the legal invoice when you send it as an e-invoice; the PDF is a human-readable copy.
The checks follow § 14 / § 14a / § 19 UStG and § 35a GmbHG (Germany), Art.º 36.º CIVA and the certified-software rule (Portugal) and the EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC (Art. 196, 226). They catch missing mandatory data and the wrong VAT treatment; they don't replace the tax adviser for special cases (construction § 13b, OSS, margin schemes, turnover limits). This tool is not tax advice.
