Free quotes that turn into the invoice with one click
For freelancers, tradespeople and small businesses. Write a quote with your saved clients and prices, send it as a PDF, and when it is accepted the invoice opens already filled in, so nothing is typed twice.

- Quotes with their own number series (AN-2026-001), a valid-until date and the net-price note, printed as an A4 PDF.
- One click on "Accepted → invoice": the invoice opens with client, items, prices, VAT treatment and the line "As per our quotation AN-2026-001 of 19/10/2026", and gets its own invoice number and date.
- Same engine as my Invoice tool: senders, clients and catalogue items are saved once and shared; the VAT treatment is picked from both countries (domestic, § 19 UStG small business, EU reverse charge, export) with the matching note.
- Quote list with status: draft, sent, expired (past its valid-until date) and accepted.
- Quote texts in German, English or Portuguese, or bilingual.
- Runs in your browser: no signup, nothing is uploaded, data stays in this browser with a JSON backup.
$ cat why.md
Most of my invoices start as a quote. I used to write the quote in one tool and type everything again into the invoice when the client said yes, and that is where a wrong price or a missing VAT note crept in. So the quote now runs on the same engine as my invoice tool, and an accepted quote becomes the invoice with one click.
